Monthly allowances reset each month and do not roll over. No VAT is currently charged.
Turnaround starts once all required project information is received. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Contractor requests qualify for next-working-day delivery when all required information is received before 12 noon UK time on a working day. Complete requests received at or after noon, or on a non-working day, enter the next working day’s delivery cycle.
Complex projects may require more time than the standard turnaround. We’ll discuss this with you when reviewing your RAMS request and agree a delivery date before preparing the document.

How quickly will I receive my RAMS?+
One-off RAMS are delivered within three working days and Professional within two working days, once all required project information is received. Contractor requests are delivered by the next working day when complete information arrives before 12 noon UK time on a working day. Requests completed at or after noon, or on a non-working day, enter the next working day’s delivery cycle. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Can I get my RAMS sooner?+
Need your RAMS sooner? Contact us before ordering to check availability. Urgent requests are assessed individually and may incur an additional charge. We’ll confirm the delivery time and any charge before you proceed.
Can I order without subscribing?+
Yes. A one-off project-specific RAMS costs £149 and includes unlimited revisions for the same project and scope.
Do unused monthly RAMS roll over?+
No. Your allowance resets each month. This keeps turnaround commitments fair and predictable for every RoofIQ customer.
What if the client asks for changes?+
Unlimited revisions are included for each document, provided the work remains the same project and scope.
Does RoofIQ take responsibility for site safety?+
No. Your business remains responsible for verifying that each document reflects the actual site, work, workforce and current conditions before use.
